A development of eight houses, and six in the barn. Designed to form an attractive entrance to the village of Borden. The barn and the two houses shown later incorporated into the village Conservation area.

Largely timber framed, with "mathematical" tiled front. Work for private client included extensive repairs and restoration. Also rear kitchen extension designed to replace a poor quality C20 addition, respecting the original form but with a modern theme. Cantilevered extension over side alley to form a bathroom, and new side entrance door. Basement restored with new ventilation to form a useful room. Detailed design of many internal details, and project management. Main contractors : Epsom Builders Ltd.
